**UPDATE 11/13/18** The Wilmington TEACCH Center remains closed. The clinic will no longer be at the Covil Avenue location. We are actively searching for a new space and have a couple of good options but it may be a few more weeks before we have a definitive location and re-opening date. If you need assistance, please call the TEACCH main phone line 919-966-2174.

Although the Wilmington Center is currently closed, the TEACCH team have been busy reaching out to the community, supporting families and training new staff members. The staff have attended more than six TEACCH trainings and continues to see clients whenever possible. They have also held multiple support groups. The Wilmington Staff have consulted at and supported Noah’s Ark preschool, Smart Start of New Hanover County, the Cape Fear Child Development Center, New Hanover County Schools, UNCW School of Social Work, and local police officers.

The Wilmington TEACCH® Center serves individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders in the southeastern region of North Carolina. Services include diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning and implementation, education, consultation, training opportunities and research.
