Liz Chen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Behavior at UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health and Design Thinking Lead at Innovate Carolina. She was the design thinking expert on the BFAST team. She collaborated with the research team to structure co-creation sessions so the larger BFAST team could collectively generate ideas and content for the website. Outside of work, Liz enjoys hiking, taking different art classes (most recently pastel painting), and baking.
