Strategies for Success in General Education for Individuals with ASD Virtual Training – start time 10:00 am (multiple sessions)

This 12-hour workshop (six two-hour sessions) will focus on educating students ages 5-18 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), who spend the majority of their day in the general education classroom following the standard course of study. Participants will learn about the characteristics and learning styles of ASD and strategies to address educational and social-emotional issues that affect success in the general education classroom.

The format of this workshop will include presentations, videos, interactive discussions based on case studies, and small group activities.
