Laura Weisbein, Ph.D., is a health research professional with experience managing complex multi-institutional research projects. Laura’s graduate research at Cornell University focused on how people process messages relating to physical and mental health, and she has expertise in communicating with a variety of audiences. Laura coordinated grant projects at a health plan in upstate New York and managed a patient-centered research portfolio in the Center for Gastrointestinal Biology and Disease at UNC before joining the TEACCH research team in 2023. Laura coordinates research across principal investigators at TEACCH and serves as a project manager. Laura is a Certified Clinical Research Professional through the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA).
