Jen is a project coordinator who joined the TEACCH research team in 2023 to manage a study on cognitive behavioral therapy vs mindfulness-based therapy among autistic adults. Jen brings more than 15 years of experience managing and analyzing data on health-related social and behavioral research, with qualitative methods expertise. She previously worked at Duke Global Health Institute (DGHI) and FHI 360. She finds research engagement with partners and community members particularly important, beginning in her days as a rural health Peace Corps volunteer in Cote d’Ivoire. She received her master’s in social work from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Sociology from Grinnell College.
