Claire Klein is a graduate student in the Clinical Psychology program at UNC. Originally from San Diego, she graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a B.A. in Psychology and a Leadership Studies Sequence in 2018. Before joining TEACCH, Claire worked as a research assistant with Dr. So Hyun “Sophy” Kim at the Center for Autism and the Developing Brain developing treatment outcome measures and evaluating community-implemented interventions for toddlers with ASD. Currently, her interests include research in community settings, developmental trajectories of individuals with ASD across the lifespan, and interventions to facilitate transitions to adulthood. Outside of research, she enjoys horseback riding and exploring farmer’s markets.
