To receive clinical services at the Greensboro TEACCH® Center, please complete the appropriate intake forms. Once the completed intake forms are received by your local TEACCH Center, you will be contacted to confirm the next steps in the scheduling process.

accept referrals for individuals ages 5+ for diagnostic evaluations.
