Discipline:  Speech-Language Pathologist

Molly Spears is a licensed speech language pathologist (SLP) and works with individuals with autism across the lifespan and their families. Molly leads the TEACCH for Toddlers program in the Wilmington Clinic, and she also provides individual therapy services to school-aged clients. Molly is particularly interested in providing effective caregiver coaching services to families in order to support carry over of strategies and skills into the home environment. In addition, Molly speaks Spanish and provides support to families through the monthly Spanish-speaking Mother’s Group.
