Austin Holder is a licensed clinical social worker associate (LCSWA) and primarily works with adolescents and adults on the autism spectrum, which he has done in a number of roles and settings. Austin provides individual therapy services and facilitates T-STEP (TEACCH School Transition to Employment and Postsecondary Education Program) at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College as an instructor and counselor. He has received autism-specific training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) modalities, mindfulness-based practices, and transitional living skills, among other mental health therapy & well-being approaches.
