Followers of the TEACCH Autism Program will be interested in this new video-based website, a project of Mark Jonathan Harris, an Academy award winning documentary filmmaker. Mr. Harris spent time in July, 2011 in Chapel Hill filming different aspects of the TEACCH program. TEACCH is featured on this website as an example of an outstanding evidenced-based autism program.
Interacting with Autism, a video-based website that presents the most reliable evidence-based information currently available on how to understand, treat and live with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It is designed to reach educators, healthcare workers and, most importantly, individuals on the spectrum and their families and to help them make informed choices about what approaches might be most effective for any specific individual diagnosed with autism.
