Molly Spears is an Autism Specialist at the Wilmington TEACCH Autism Center and a Clinical Instructor in the UNC Department of Psychiatry. She is a licensed speech language pathologist (SLP) and works with individuals with autism across the lifespan and their families. Molly leads the TEACCH for Toddlers program in the Wilmington Clinic, and she also provides individual therapy services to school-aged clients.
