Molly Garlington is an Autism Specialist at the Chapel Hill TEACCH Center and Clinical Instructor in the UNC Department of Psychiatry. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and works with individuals on the autism spectrum across the lifespan and their families. Molly conducts diagnostics interviews and provides individual and group-based services primarily for preschool and school-age children and adolescents. Her goal is to support individuals and families with a strength-based perspective, a focus on the culture of autism, and a deep belief that parents and families are the experts on their own experiences.
