Karrah Bowman received her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Child Development from Florida State University. At FSU, she assisted in the detection of early signs of autism in children ages 12 to 24 months using the Systematic Observation of Red Flags of ASD for a home setting. Her fascination in learning about early red flags of autism, lead her to apply for a research assistant position at TEACCH, broadening her knowledge about autism in the young adult population. Karrah’s goal is to be accepted into a clinical psychology graduate program and to continue her education in autism, specifically autism and differential diagnoses in children. During her time off, Karrah enjoys all outdoor activities such as hiking, paddle boarding, and lounging on the beach.
