Employment Services
TEACCH Employment Services partners with autistic adults and employers to create meaningful, stable employment opportunities. We support autistic jobseekers in building independence, developing workplace skills, and securing long‑term success in roles that match their strengths. Our services include individualized vocational assessments, on‑site job coaching, and long-term follow-along support, all grounded in the Structured TEACCHing approach to promote clarity and consistency in the workplace.
At the same time, we collaborate closely with companies by offering consultation, job‑carving assistance, onboarding support, and training in autism‑informed workplace practices. This dual‑support model ensures that employers receive the tools they need to create inclusive, productive environments while benefiting from the talents and reliability of autistic employees. By focusing on structured and supportive work environments, TEACCH helps build strong employment partnerships that lead to sustainable success for both individuals and employers.
