Changes in Prevalence of Parent-reported Autism Spectrum Disorder in School-aged U.S. Children: 2007 to 2011–2012

1 in 50 school-age children have Autism Spectrum Disorder. This report is the first to estimate the change in prevalence of parent-reported ASD from 2007 to 2011–2012 and is based on newly released data from the 2011–2012 National Survey of Children’s Health (NSCH).
